1. Diprivan (Propofol): 5 mcg/kg/min - 50 mcg/kg/min
2. Dexmedetomidine (Precedex): 0.1 mcg/kg/hr - 0.7 mcg/kg/hr
3. Midazolam (Versed): 1 mg/hr - 10 mg/hr
4. Fentanyl: 25 mcg/hr - 200 mcg/hr
